Tim brings extensive experience to this role, having previously undertaken a number of senior finance positions across the logistics and business-to-business sectors. His previous CFO appointments include Serco UK & Europe, Countryside Partnerships plc, Vistry Group plc and, most notably, Wincanton plc, where he served from 2015 to 2022.

Tim replaces Thierry Held who, having successfully guided the Group’s finance function through a significant period of transformation, is pursuing the next stage of his career in his home country of Germany.

Located in Corby, iForce House delivers large‑scale warehousing and multi-channel fulfilment services to UK and international customers. The site plays a central role in our sustainability strategy, serving as a key focus for implementing practical, site‑level environmental improvements that drive measurable impact.

The Green World Awards are regarded as one of the world’s leading environmental awards programmes. Organised by The Green Organisation, an independent, international, non‑profit and non‑political environmental body founded in 1994, the awards recognise, reward and promote environmental best practice on a global stage.

At iForce House, this international recognition reflects significant progress we have made in reducing carbon emissions, cutting food waste and improving recycling performance across key material streams, including plastics, cardboard, metals and wood. These improvements have been delivered through enhanced waste segregation, improved monitoring and reporting, and the introduction of more efficient recycling processes.

As a result of this targeted approach, iForce House now recycles an estimated 2,200 tonnes of material annually, with cardboard accounting for around 787 tonnes (36%) and wood more than 590 tonnes (27%), together representing almost two‑thirds of the site’s recycled output. To put this into context, the volume of plastic and cardboard we recycle each year is equivalent to the waste generated by approximately 1,700 households, or a small village.

Our partnership with Allwood’s Recycling has combined immediate operational change with ongoing on‑site support, training and engagement. This includes improved pallet recovery and reuse, with more than 24,000 pallets recovered, alongside a 53% increase in high‑grade recyclable plastics, helping us reduce reliance on virgin materials and landfill.

Alongside recycling performance, the collaboration has also strengthened our Corporate Social Responsibility at site level. Surplus materials have been diverted to community use through partnerships with organisations including the Salvation Army, Surplus2Purpose and Community Wood Recycling, ensuring valuable resources are reused rather than wasted and delivering direct benefit to local communities.

Across iForce, we continue to invest in practical initiatives to reduce environmental impact and support a more sustainable supply chain. These include the use of 100% certified renewable electricity, the retrofit of energy‑efficient LED lighting, ongoing investment in automation, technology and warehousing infrastructure, the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and solar PV installations at selected sites, with plans for future expansion.

These site‑level actions align with Culina Group’s wider sustainability ambitions, which focus on reducing emissions, improving efficiency and supporting the transition to lower‑carbon logistics. Culina Group was among the first major third‑party logistics providers in the UK to commit to the Science Based Targets initiative, reinforcing our long‑term commitment to carbon reduction across its operations.

Following independent assessment by environmental and technical experts, we were awarded Bronze alongside Allwood’s Recycling as part of the international Green World Awards programme.

Olli has enjoyed a remarkable progression through the sport. After starting out in karting in 2019, he quickly worked his way through the Mini Challenge championships before making his Porsche debut in 2024. His first season in Porsche Sprint Challenge GB delivered immediate impact, with a race win and multiple podiums.

Returning for 2025, Olli elevated his performance even further – securing eight race wins and eight additional podiums to claim the RS Clubsport Am class championship title in dominant style.

In 2026, Olli now graduates to the prestigious Porsche Carrera Cup GB, one of the most competitive one‑make championships in the UK. He will remain with Team Parker Racing, benefitting from the team’s extensive experience and strong track record in Porsche competition.

The new season begins at Donington Park on 18–19 April, marking the start of eight race weekends alongside the British Touring Car Championship. As Team Parker Racing’s home circuit, it provides a fitting launchpad for this new chapter.

It will fund projects that help transform local communities by tackling climate change, reducing carbon emissions, and protecting or enhancing the natural environment.

This latest contract extension reinforces Stobart’s position as a trusted strategic partner to Tesco and reflects the strength of their relationship, built on a shared commitment to operational excellence and innovation in logistics.

Under the renewed contract, Stobart will continue to provide dedicated secondary transport services for Tesco across its Goole and Doncaster Regional Distribution Centres.

Following the initial award in January 2023, Great Bear will continue to provide transport services from Weetabix’s Burton Latimer site through to the end of 2028. This extension reinforces the strong partnership between the two companies and reflects Great Bear’s proven ability to deliver reliable, efficient logistics solutions.

Under the renewed agreement, Great Bear will maintain responsibility for factory clearance from Weetabix production sites to the Burton Latimer warehouse, as well as all secondary distribution across the UK. In addition, Great Bear has secured further transport services from Weetabix’s Deeside operation, further expanding the scope of collaboration.

The Great Bear Business Development and Solutions Team, working closely with operational colleagues, has ensured that the tailored transport model continues to meet Weetabix’s evolving needs while maintaining the highest standards of service.

The award recognises the work done by iForce, alongside its partner Allwood Recycling Services, to reduce waste, including food waste, and increase the rebate revenue on cardboard, polythene, pallets, and metals.

The win reflects the wider groups’ outstanding contribution to sustainable logistics and our ambitious goal of reaching net zero emissions by 2050.

By introducing new sorting practices and baling technology, alongside improved employee education and training, at its headquarters in Corby, iForce has reduced costs, improved recycling rates and increased revenue. This includes the recovery of around 200 pallets per week which now go back into network and would previously have gone to waste.

Now, selected from over 700 entries worldwide, they are being honoured at a prestigious ceremony in the House of Lords, London, on November 17, 2025. The award not only recognises their accomplishments but also positions iForce as a leader in sustainability.

Following this achievement iForce has also been invited to accept Green World Ambassador status, which includes the opportunity to have its award-winning project published in The Green Book, the leading international reference on environmental best practice. They are also invited to represent their country at the Green World Environment Awards, the premier international showcase of environmental leadership.
