We are delighted to announce that Culina Group have received a Gold accreditation from Investors in People.
Gold accreditation means that we have the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from CEO to apprentice takes ownership for making them come to life.
Only 17% of accredited organisations achieve Gold which makes this achievement even more special. Group CEO Thomas van Mourik has always said that ‘Culina Group is nothing without the fantastic people that work here’. This is true, it’s the hard work and dedication of our people across the network that make the business what it is today. Culina Group recognise this and invest in those people accordingly both in terms of working environment but also personal development.
With the sheer number of employees currently in the business it is more important than ever to continue in our efforts as a business to make Culina Group a happy and safe place to work.
