Culina Group wins TCS&D Award

On Tuesday 14th September 2016, Culina Group Marketing & Communications Manager Paul Willocks proudly accepted the TCS&D Award for commitment to ‘Environmental and Sustainability’, presented by star of TV game show ‘The Chase’ Paul Sinha in front of hundreds industry professionals.

The event, which took place at the British Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, celebrated excellence in the temperature controlled logistics industry across a number of categories. Culina Group won the Environmental and Sustainability award for their visionary tri-modal concept at Port Salford which went live earlier in 2016 and also for the continuous improvements made to their fleet.

“Port Salford is taking a revolutionary approach to logistics in the UK and it’s our great people who are making it a success. These are really exciting times for all of us at Culina Group and this award along with other awards we have picked up this year reinforce all of the hard work that continues to make Port Salford a success” said Thomas van Mourik, Culina Group CEO.
