With that role comes a responsibility to operate thoughtfully, transparently and with long‑term impact in mind. Throughout 2025, we continued to strengthen our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, embedding responsible practices across every part of our business.
Our Commitment to Responsible Logistics
Responsible logistics remains central to how we operate and how we define success. From our SBTi commitments to the decisions made every day across our sites and fleets, we are focused on reducing our environmental impact while continuing to deliver consistently high levels of service for our customers.
Operating at scale brings both opportunity and accountability. In 2025, we invested further in cleaner technologies, smarter systems and more efficient ways of working – including alternative fuels, enhanced route optimisation, energy‑efficient warehouses and robust waste‑management practices. Our ambition goes beyond meeting minimum requirements; we aim to lead by example and raise sustainability standards across the logistics sector.
Our CSR Framework: People, Customers and Communities
To ensure this progress is both structured and long lasting, our approach to corporate social responsibility is guided by three key pillars: Our People, Our Customers and Our Communities. These pillars provide a clear framework that keeps our efforts balanced, practical and measurable, and help us concentrate on the areas where we can have the greatest positive impact. Together, they form the foundation for the progress we have made so far – but none of that progress happens in isolation. It is driven by collaboration with our people, our customers and our communities.
While we are proud of what has been achieved, we know there is more to do. As we look ahead, we remain committed to continuous improvement, transparency and taking meaningful action to create positive environmental and social change. Our focus now is to lead responsibly, support our people and communities, and shape a more sustainable future for logistics.
